This is a group Bootcamp-style class on POWER, AGILITY, SPEED, and STRENGTH. Class sizes are limited to 4. These classes fill up pretty fast!

High/Middle School Strength Programs

This program is designed specifically for young athletes and their growing bodies. The program consists of balancing, landing techniques, sports movement as well as strength training.

Pre-Season Sports Combine - Specialized Per Athlete:

 

Combine training is a highly intensive, specialized program for Highly Competitive players to undertake for several weeks (typically 8) after their final season to prepare for the upcoming season.

 ***This Program is VERY INTENSE AS IT CONSISTS OF  HIGH LEVEL WORKOUTS PER DAY 4 DAYS PER WEEK  WITH A SPORTS NUTRITION AND RECOVERY PLANS.

The main goal is to significantly improve their measurable athletic performance in key drills, their position-specific skills, and their mental preparedness for their upcoming sports season. 

The training is comprehensive, focusing on physical performance, position-specific skills.


This is the core of the physical preparation:

  • Speed: Focus on lateral and straight-line speed. This includes work on starts, acceleration, and top-end speed mechanics.
  • Power/Explosiveness: Exercises like Olympic lifts (cleans, snatches), plyometrics, squats, and power drills to maximize performance in the Vertical Jump and Broad Jump.
  • Agility/Change of Direction: Training for quick, precise movements in the 20-Yard Shuttle (5-10-5) and the 3-Cone Drill (L-Drill).
  • Strength/Endurance: High-rep training for peak and pre-season readiness.

To operate at peak performance, every athlete must take recovery very seriously. We can help with that! We offer Cupping, Muscle Scraping, Ice Bath, and Leg Compression Therapies.
